Tom is an Oklahoma native. He grew up in Oklahoma City, graduated from Putnam City North and obtained a finance degree from The University of Oklahoma. Tom is married to his wife of twenty one years, Shannon Davies. They live in Edmond with their three children, two dogs, cat and hamster named Chuck Norris.
